Will I remain the owner of my website?
You are the owner of the content of your website. The technology (AikaCMS) is owned by Moi!. Our product is a so-called SaaS solution. This stands for Software As A Service. The domain name remains your property, for as long as you have a subscription with us, or with another domain name seller.
Can I bring my existing domain with me?
Yes. We transfer your domain and connect it to your new website. We can arrange that for you.
What if I want to make changes or expand later on?
We help you with that. Small changes we carry out directly for you. Larger changes such as adding an online store we discuss, and depending on the amount of work we may charge a small fee for that. You will first receive a proposal from us.
How long does it take to build a website?
Depending on the complexity, between 1 and 4 weeks. That is counted from the first moment your wishes are clear until the moment of delivery.
Is email included?
Yes, we can create an unlimited number of email addresses for you
What if I want to stop?
With us, you pay the monthly costs once per year. If you cancel, you will no longer pay for the next period and your website will no longer be accessible with us. You will receive an export of the content of your website, images, email accounts, and the transfer code of your domain name. With that, you can start a new website elsewhere again, if you want to.
